No; you’re a zombie. No, really, you’re a literal zombie. You might suffer quite a bit before your soul leave your body, but rest assured, you’re dead. No other virus (that I know of) is as sure to end your life.

Note that you asked for the most dangerous, not the most deadly. The most deadly virus (as in, the one that took the most lives) is probably smallpox.
